Meningkatkan Pemahaman dan Keterampilan Guru dalam Menerapkan SAI Melalui Pendekatan Workshop Partisipatif

Senam Anak Indonesia (SAI) merupakan program gerak nasional berbasis budaya lokal yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik dasar, kebugaran jasmani, serta ekspresi diri anak usia sekolah dasar. Namun, implementasi SAI di sekolah masih menghadapi kendala, terutama minimnya pelatihan bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan motivasi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) terhadap SAI melalui workshop partisipatif. Sebanyak 70 guru PJOK dari tujuh Karesidenan Surakarta mengikuti pelatihan selama dua hari yang mencakup sesi teori, praktik terbimbing, serta praktik mandiri dan refleksi. Evaluasi menggunakan angket skala Likert yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukan terdapat peningkatan signifikan terhadap skor kesenangan pada respon sangat setuju dari 4.3% menjadi 67.1%, keyakinan pada respon sangat setuju dari 0% menjadi 72.9%, minat pada respon sangat tertarik dari 0% menjadi 72.9%, kreativitas pada respon sangat setuju dari 5.7% menjadi 68.6%, dan motivasi pada respon sangat termotivasi dari 8.6% menjadi 71.4%. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa workshop partisipatif efektif meningkatkan kompetensi konseptual dan afektif guru, sekaligus menempatkan mereka sebagai calon early adopters inovasi pembelajaran jasmani berbasis budaya.
