This study aims to develop and evaluate an adaptive game-based learning model designed to improve motor skills among vocational high school students. The participants consisted of 30 tenth-grade students from the Computer and Network Engineering program at SMK Pembangunan Cibadak. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach by simplifying the Borg and Gall model into five key phases: needs analysis, model design, expert validation, limited trials, and final product refinement. The motor skill assessment instrument included indicators of basketball dribbling, a 10-meter sprint, and tennis ball throw–catch coordination. The results showed consistent improvement in students’ motor skills between the pretest and posttest, with an average increase of 21.3%. Expert validation categorized the developed model as “highly feasible” for use in Physical Education (PJOK) instruction. Overall, the adaptive game-based learning model succeeded in creating a more engaging, flexible, and effective learning experience, contributing significantly to students' motor skill development and learning engagement.
